Hero Award

We invite you to nominate a Central Illinois Autism Hero, a person, school, church, business or organization who is a shining example of what it means to share autism acceptance in our community.

Write a letter telling their story in 250 words or less including the name and address of your nominee, your name, phone number, your picture and a picture of your nominee.
